Hooverphonic

Hooverphonic celebrates thirty years of pop exploration spanning trip hop, electronica and cinematic atmospheres, and reopens a chapter with the return of Noémie Wolfs. On 26 March 2027 at 6MIC in Aix-en-Provence, the Belgian band presents a live show conceived as a journey through its repertoire, driven by Noémie’s voice and the sonic architectures of Alex Callier and Raymond Geerts.

At the heart of the set are the songs that shaped their identity. Mad About You recaptures the vocal timbre of its version with Noémie, while Anger Never Dies, The Night Before, Amalfi and Gravity regain their place in the setlist. Between orchestral swathes, guitars in chiaroscuro and meticulously precise rhythms, the band links its beginnings to its recent releases without losing its feel for carefully written melody. This concert puts the band’s iconic voice front and center and unites the different eras of the group in a stage format designed for live performance, balancing hushed tension with sonic elegance.
