On 21 November 2026 at Eventim Apollo in London, Levellers bring three decades of amplified folk with punk bite and Celtic colours. Born in Brighton at the end of the 80s and named after the 17th‑century movement, the band built a catalogue where violin, electric guitars and massed vocals carry lyrics rooted in social and political life. From A Weapon Called the Word and Levelling the Land to We the Collective and Peace, their path runs through festival stages and DIY independence, with their own label shaping the journey. On stage, the fiddle sets the tone, tempos stay tight and chanted harmonies keep the songs moving together.
Ned’s Atomic Dustbin complete the bill with their distinctive two‑bass setup. Formed in Stourbridge in 1987, they fuse indie punk urgency and power‑pop hooks into a wiry, grebo‑tinged sound. Early 90s calling cards like Kill Your Television and the albums God Fodder and Are You Normal? set their footprint; after a mid‑90s split, the classic line‑up returned to the road in the 2000s.
