Bloc Party and Interpol join forces for a co-headline night at OVO Hydro in Glasgow on 2 December 2026. Interpol bring the taut, night-time pulse of New York rock from the early 2000s. Paul Banks, Daniel Kessler and Sam Fogarino draw on Turn On the Bright Lights and Antics, as well as later albums like El Pintor and The Other Side of Make-Believe. Interlocking guitars, a baritone vocal and tight, metronomic grooves traversing songs such as PDA, Obstacle 1 and NYC.
Bloc Party answer with the nervy snap of Silent Alarm and the punch of A Weekend in the City, led by Kele Okereke with Russell Lissack’s agile guitar lines. Early singles sit next to newer tracks, fusing post-punk tension with a rhythmic drive made for big rooms. Two bands with distinct signatures share one stage for a back-to-back set.
