Thomas Fersen presents Comme on quitte un imperméable, a new concert program in which songs and narratives intermingle. A singer-songwriter with a narrative pen, he populates his texts with animals, anti-heroes and everyday details. His spoken-sung voice unrolls mischievous vignettes, between hushed ballads and drier, more abrupt inflections. On stage, the text leads the dance: the rhythm of words, smuggled rhymes, small scenes that unfold without force, with a restrained musicality that lets the images breathe. One finds again his taste for catchy refrains, asides that veer off just enough, and that way of bringing a character to life in a few lines. On 15 October 2026 at La Scala in Paris, Fersen draws from his discography and slips in new short sketches, as if leafing through a travel journal. A concert at the crossroads of storytelling and song, where audiences come as much for the writing as for the melody.
