Mouss et Hakim

On October 9, 2026, Mouss and Hakim perform at Le Kilowatt in Vitry‑sur‑Seine. Brothers from Toulouse, Mustapha and Hakim Amokrane made their way with Zebda before extending their momentum with 100 % Collègues, Motivés and Origines Contrôlées. Their clear aim: to bring together popular song, rock, reggae and North African music, carrying stories shaped by the memories of immigration. Under the name Mouss and Hakim, the duo tightens its focus on voices, lyrics and storytelling, without losing the collective energy inherited from the Toulouse scene.

On stage, everything happens in the present: harmonies, guitars, percussion, and a spirit of sharing that lets stories and refrains circulate. Their trajectory has also been shaped by collaborations with Manu Chao, Brigitte Fontaine and Olivia Ruiz. In 2022 they released Darons de la Garonne, an album built from previously unpublished texts by Claude Nougaro, where French chanson converses with a local grounding and Mediterranean influences.
