Odeal

Odeal is a British R&B and Alté artist, born in Germany and shaped by formative years in Nigeria, Spain and the United Kingdom. That trajectory is audible in his sound: elegant R&B lines, Afro rhythms, Alté textures and lyrics that sit close to the skin. His voice is distinctly recognizable, with melodies that leave room to breathe and a songwriting style that does not shy away from vulnerability.

With his early projects he sketches a spare, precise universe. The EPs OVMBR and OVMBR: Roses continue that approach: gentle hooks, African influences and personal stories about origin, love and doubt. In the singles that followed he expands on this, each track a step in a coherent narrative about identity and heritage.

On 31 March 2026 Odeal will perform at Melkweg in Amsterdam. Live, he weaves intimate moments and rhythmic impulses into a flowing set without losing attention to detail. Between R&B, Alté and Afro energy he seeks a balance between warmth and clarity, demonstrating how his different worlds converge in his music.
