Info
On March 14, 2027, Jacob Banks lands at La Laiterie in Strasbourg, with his soul music that is both raw and polished. British-Nigerian, singer-songwriter and producer, he has carved out a niche for himself thanks to a deep voice immediately recognizable and a highly narrative way of writing his songs, like scenes that take shape as the verses unfold.
On stage, his universe moves between soul and R&B, with pop detours, gospel inflections, and electronic textures that thicken the atmosphere. From the EPs that introduced him (The Monologue, The Paradox) to the albums where he sharpens the contrast between slow ballads and more driving tracks (Village, Lies About The War), Banks plays with dynamics, harmonies, guitar textures, and arrangements that preserve this cinematic edge. A concert conceived as a narrative, not confined to a single genre.
