Info
On February 21, 2027, Mollie Elizabeth will perform at Melkweg in Amsterdam with her dreamy pop that lands as softly as it can creep under the skin. From the independent scene around Seattle, she has since 2024 been building her own world between dream pop and alt-pop: whispered singing, controlled tempos, and arrangements that deliberately play with retro hues. Think of echoes of American pop from the 1950s and 1960s, but with a modern, subtly uneasy tension in the lyrics.
The live show focuses on atmosphere and detail, as you can hear on her EPs Dirty Blonde (2025) and People Pleaser (2026). Tracks such as Dinner for One and The Disappearing Girl already convey that vintage, almost theatrical aura well, while later singles like Dog Eat Dog, The Mirror, Run Rabbit, and Puppet Show further open up the darker sides. In Amsterdam you won’t get a grand gesture, but a set that slowly grips you and lingers.
