Info
Born in the streets of Chinatown in New York, Chanpan first made a name the old-fashioned way: Grace Dumdaw and the twins Lance and Matthew Tran used to play outside to fund the recording of their first tracks. From that ground, the trio has kept a raw energy and a direct, no-frills approach to getting to the essentials, blending indie rock, punk nervous energy, and riot grrrl heritage.
After a first EP, a 2024 tour with Haru Nemuri, and the momentum confirmed by the Endlessly EP in 2025, Chanpan takes a step forward with Autogratis and a first headlining tour. On Sunday, March 7, 2027, they come to Paris to La Bellevilloise with this taut, tight sound, made for the stage, where their story began: in contact with the audience, unfiltered.
