Info
Anna Lapwood brings her “The Arena Tour” to Manchester on November 25, 2026, at Co-op Live, with a show that puts the pipe organ right in the middle of an arena-sized experience. Known for mixing sacred tradition with a wide-open playlist, she moves from classical repertoire to orchestral transcriptions and film music, always with that big, physical sound the instrument does better than anything else.
Lapwood’s approach keeps one foot in choral and liturgical worlds and the other in crossover territory, shaped by years leading vocal ensembles at Pembroke College, Cambridge and by her work opening up the organ scene to more young women. Expect a set that can feel cinematic one moment and intimate the next, built around the colours she’s explored on recordings like Images, Luna, The Waiting Sky and Firedove, and the kind of modern recital energy that’s made her a standout presence on major stages.
