Info
Originally from Poitiers, Klone has been crafting since the early 2000s an atmospheric and introspective rock that straddles metal, alternative rock and progressive music. Driven by powerful guitars, memorable melodies and a broad, expansive voice, the band established itself with albums such as Here Comes The Sun, Le Grand Voyage, Meanwhile and The Unseen. Their track 'Yonder' and the 2019 album Le Grand Voyage, which sold 12,000 copies, are milestones in the band's career.
Over the years, Klone has pursued numerous collaborations and artistic ventures, notably with Joe Duplantier (Gojira), as well as covers of Björk and Depeche Mode. The band has also performed on international stages alongside acts such as Gojira, Devin Townsend and Leprous, and has participated in Hellfest four times.
On March 12, 2027, Klone will unveil The Moon Is Witness, its first album on V2 Records. Recorded at Studio Sainte-Marthe by Francis Castes, this album explores human emotions and contradictions through a musical world blending power, melody and ethereal atmospheres. Enriched by the participation of guest musicians, the album marks a new milestone in the band's history, which intends to give it full scope on stage in 2027, notably at the Trabendo in Paris on 22 April 2027 at 5:30 p.m.
