Info
On November 27, 2026, Laurence Guy lands at YES in Manchester for a night built around the kind of house that hits both the body and the head. The London producer and DJ has carved out a sound where deep house meets disco warmth, with soulful touches, jazzy details and those melodic phrases that stick without getting cheesy.
Behind the decks, he likes to stretch the groove: rolling low-end, piano flashes, chopped vocal loops, then a sudden detour into breakbeat tension or a calmer, almost ambient breather before locking back in. It’s the same balance you hear across his releases—from the early club-focused cuts to the more song-shaped, vocal-leaning direction of his recent work—always with that warm, direct feel designed for the dancefloor.
