Info
Nickelback lands in Gothenburg on July 11, 2027, with the Everything Under The Sun Tour, an arena run that ties the band's long line of radio-drenched rock songs to the next chapter: the eleventh album Everything Under The Sun. Expect that familiar mix of post-grunge and melodic hard rock, built on massive guitars, driving tempos, and Chad Kroeger's rasp, with choruses that sit as if cast for large rooms. New tracks such as Rattle The Cage, Leave Me Behind, and Make Me Love You point in different directions – heavier riffs, more vulnerability, and more nuance – without losing the arena-driven energy that has made the band one of the most-played acts of the 2000s.
As special guests, Don Broco will join and open the evening at Scandinavium. The British quartet has its own thing, where alternative rock meets post-hardcore, pop-punk, and electronic touches, with a funky pulse and songwriting that willingly shifts gears mid-song. It promises a warm-up that leans as much toward rhythm and movement as toward heavy guitars.
