Info
On February 7, 2027, MICO brings his “In: Between Tour” to The Academy in Dublin, and it’s a chance to catch an artist who grew up in real time online and turned that energy into sharp, emotional alt-pop. Known offstage as Miguel Veloso, the Canadian singer first built his audience through Discord and Twitch performances as a teenager, and you can still hear that direct-to-people urgency in the songs.
Expect a set shaped by intimate confession and clean, cutting hooks, moving between brittle vulnerability and post-internet punch. Tracks like “cut my hair”, “HOMESICK”, “TV” or “Senses” sit at the core of his sound, alongside material from Internet home town hero, the EP that marked a new level in 2024 and helped push his streaming numbers into nine digits. In Dublin, the show should feel like a fast-moving conversation: pop melodies, raw moments, and the kind of momentum that only comes from building a scene one community at a time.
