Info
Metropolis Music brings Bleech 9:3 to Boiler Shop in Newcastle upon Tyne on April 30, 2027. Born between Dublin and now based in Brixton, this Irish four-piece revolves around the songwriting duo Barry Quinlan and Sam Duffy, backed by James Quinlan on bass and Luke O’Neill on drums. Their sound sits firmly in alternative rock: clean, catchy melodic lines pushed up against heavily saturated guitars, with that constant pull between control and sudden release. Onstage, the band leans into a tense, direct energy shaped by the London circuit, where they’ve been building momentum through gigs and residencies. Expect a set that moves between introspective writing and abrasive flashes, built for a room like Boiler Shop where dynamics matter and the band’s tight chemistry can really land.
