On February 18, 2027, SOAK brings their close-up songwriting to Button Factory in Dublin. The project of Derry-born artist Bridie Monds-Watson, SOAK moves between indie folk, dream pop and alternative pop, built around a voice that doesn’t hide behind big arrangements. Expect songs that lean on guitar, space, and detail, where the emotion sits right on the surface without being overplayed.
Over the years, SOAK’s sound has widened from the stripped, direct feel of Before We Forgot How to Dream to sharper textures on Grim Town, and a more rhythm-flexible, melody-forward approach on If I Never Know You Like This Again. Live, that evolution should translate into a set that shifts naturally from hushed confession to brighter, more driven moments, while keeping the same core themes: identity, messy bonds, and the uneasy clarity of growing up.
