Info
Dinosaur Pile-Up bring their no-frills, melodic alternative rock to The Palais in Nottingham on April 1, 2027. Formed in Leeds in 2007, the trio built their sound on big, punchy guitars and choruses that stick, with a rough edge that keeps things raw rather than polished.
Led by Matt Bigland with Mike Sheils on drums and Jim Cratchley on bass, they move between grunge bite, post-grunge drive and pop-punk snap, always keeping the songs tight and direct. Over the years they’ve sharpened that balance across records like Nature Nurture, Eleven Eleven and Celebrity Mansions, and more recently I’ve Felt Better, pushing the same straight-ahead identity: loud riffs, clear hooks, and that feeling of a band playing like they mean it. Expect a set that hits hard, sings along easily, and doesn’t waste time getting to the point.
