Info
Rock in France is a sacred calling. Born elsewhere, far away, long ago, it takes courage and passion to take it up today. The Dynamite Shakers have chosen the hard path—the drive, the guitars, and the adventure.
These four friends made a pact in the schoolyard: to form a band and shape the future. They are the passing of the baton, the next generation, the will to write a new chapter in the history of the riff and the tattooed melody. It suffices to listen to their debut EP 'Cinéma' and their first two 7-inch records to be convinced: their songs, while they mine the past with appetite and respect, look toward the horizon with a fierce energy and vigor.
During our first show, we didn't even have a name. We therefore asked the audience to drop ideas for a band name into a hat. And we finally chose Dynamite Shakers.
A debut album appeared in 2024, 'Don't Be Boring' (PIAS), produced by Jim Diamond (White Stripes). Raw, untamed rock and roll, recorded all together in the same room, always with that Sun Records spirit dear to Elouan. And with the Dynamite Shakers, the stage is a non-negotiable, vital thing. Already 400 shows to their name. Unbridled, frontal rock and roll.
The show starts at 8 p.m. at Le Plan.
