Info
Night Lovell will perform on February 19, 2027 at Melkweg in Amsterdam, delivering his distinctive blend of hip-hop, trap, and dark, slowed-down phonk. The Ottawa-based rapper broke through online in the early 2010s with 'Dark Light,' and since then he has continued to develop that nocturnal sound: minimalist, heavy on atmosphere, and driven by his deep voice and slow tempos.
Live, that translates into tracks that leave space for thumping bass and hazy melodies, with lyrics that are often introspective yet can strike hard. Expect a set that continues the through-line from Concept Vague and Red Teenage Melody to later releases such as Goodnight Lovell, Just Say You Don’t Care, and I Hope You’re Happy: dark energy, tight flows, and production that says as much as the words.
