Info
On March 14, 2027, Alan Doyle brings his singalong, sea-air folk-rock to the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls. Known as the voice, guitarist, and main songwriter of Great Big Sea, he’s built a solo set that keeps the band’s communal spirit while leaning into more personal stories. Expect choruses made for shouting back, tight rhythms that nod to Celtic tradition, and arrangements that swing between stripped-down acoustic moments and full-band drive.
Over the years, albums like Boy on Bridge, So Let’s Go, and A Week at the Warehouse have sharpened his mix of pop immediacy and Maritime roots, with songs that feel like snapshots of coastal life. Special guest Mary Frances opens the night, setting the tone before Doyle turns the room into one big call-and-response.
