Info
On February 19, 2027, at Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg, Dropkick Murphys bring their Boston-born mix of street punk and Irish folk back to the stage. Built around Ken Casey’s bass-driven charge, the band’s sound is all shout-along choruses, traditional melodies, and that working-class edge that made early records like Do or Die and The Gang’s All Here feel like a proper rally. Over the years they’ve sharpened the formula on albums such as Blackout and The Warrior’s Code, and kept pushing it through constant touring and a growing love for American folk heritage—without losing the collective, fists-up spirit that defines their shows.
Spiritual Cramp opens the night with a tight, no-frills punk punch straight out of San Francisco. Led by Michael Bingham, they mash up classic Californian urgency with post-punk tension and 90s alternative grit. From early EPs to their 2023 self-titled debut, they’ve built a set that’s fast, direct, and rooted in everyday life—perfect fuel before Dropkick Murphys take over.
