Have you always wanted to know the result of the fusion between 90s noise-rock and today’s feminist punk? The four members of Bureau de Change, hailing from Bath, the ancient spa town, deliver a set that alternates frontal assaults on patriarchy, satirical takes on the world of work, and intimate confessions. The quartet, led by Flora Kimberley, a former Lambrini Girls member, turns each lived experience into raw material for its sardonic outlet. A debut album is due in early 2027.
Violent Sadie Mode - punk hardcore / FR
Violent Sadie Mode resurrects the stark brutality and urgency of punk hardcore straight from the 1980s. Driven by the abrasive voice and feminist fury of Sadie Golding, the quartet riffs sharp and delivers short, direct, cathartic tracks, nourished as much by Minor Threat as by Amyl and the Sniffers. After earning their stripes on the Bordeaux scene, the band released its first EP, Incelcore, in 2025—a concentrated mix of anger, irony and raw energy. In 2026, Violent Sadie Mode won the Bourges Printemps – iNOUïS Award. A debut album is due to be released soon.
Eya Patterns - dream grunge / FR
Eya Patterns shapes music in chiaroscuro, suspended between atmospheric folk, dream-grunge and rock tension. Deep guitar, magnetic voice and hazy arrangements compose an intimate and cinematic universe, nourished by her travels between France, Quebec and Corsica. Somewhere between PJ Harvey, Cat Power and Portishead, she transforms vast spaces and inner landscapes into instinctive songs, threaded with melancholy and mystique. After several singles, Eya Patterns unveiled a debut EP in April last year: six tracks where stripped-back folk and electric crescendos sketch the contours of a singular universe.
