Info
The Allergies bring their “Beneath This Sun” live tour to The Brook in Southampton on 13 November 2026, with Bristol duo DJ Moneyshot and Rackabeat at the controls. Built on a tight link between DJ culture and band energy, their shows move fast: funk and soul loops, breakbeats, boom-bap punch and sharp cut-and-paste sampling that keeps the floor busy without losing the shape of a proper song.
Across releases like As We Do Our Thing, Steal The Show, Say The Word and Promised Land, they’ve refined a sound where brass hits, warm vintage textures and clean modern production sit side by side. Expect turntablism touches, hip-hop attitude and groove-first arrangements, sometimes opened up by guest vocalists depending on the setup. The point isn’t nostalgia, it’s momentum: a live set designed for people who like their beats playful, their hooks direct, and their transitions slick.
