On October 2, 2026, at Slay Glasgow, (Hed) P.E. and Cold share a bill built for people who like their rock heavy but still catchy.
With (Hed) P.E., it’s the collision of rapcore, nu metal, punk and reggae that does the job. Led by Jared Gomes, the band moves between tight hip-hop grooves, chunky riffs and sudden melodic breaks, staying true to their “G-punk” spirit shaped on the California hardcore circuit. Expect a set that can swing from raw aggression to bounce-heavy choruses without losing the thread.
Cold bring the other side of the spectrum: post-grunge and alternative metal with thick guitars, slower-burning tension and melodies designed to stick. Centered around Scooter Ward’s deep, fragile voice, their songs lean into dark atmospheres and restrained tempos, drawing a line from the late-’90s edge through the more introspective turns that followed. Together, it’s a night of contrasts that actually fit.
