Lambchop are back in the UK for a run of intimate dates, and on 25 November 2026 they land at Sheffield’s Octagon Centre for An Evening with Lambchop. At the core is Kurt Wagner: that unmistakable voice, dry wit, and songwriting that can feel like everyday life set to melody, always unforced, always precise.
For this tour, Wagner shares the stage with Minneapolis musician and producer Andrew Broder, his close collaborator on recent Lambchop albums The Bible and Showtunes. Together they’ve shaped a live format that stays loose and responsive: songs are allowed to breathe, stretch, and subtly change from night to night.
Expect a stripped-back setup where space matters as much as the notes. Electronics and textures slip in and out, improvisation nudges familiar material into new corners, and the focus stays on the writing while the arrangements keep moving. It’s a chance to hear Lambchop up close, mid-evolution, with the duo following the songs wherever they decide to go.
