Valley bring their “Do You Need To Be Entertained? The Tour” to Manchester Academy in Manchester on May 12, 2027, and it’s a chance to catch the Toronto quartet in the setting that suits them best: a tight room, close to the crowd, with songs built for voices to meet halfway. Formed by Rob Laska, Michael “Mickey” Brandolino, Alex Dimauro and Karah James, Valley sit at the crossroads of indie pop and early-2000s pop rock, with bright guitars, discreet synths and elastic grooves that keep everything moving.
