On March 21, 2027, at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, Finger Eleven come through with the kind of alternative rock set they’ve been sharpening since the ’90s. Born in Burlington, Ontario (first as Rainbow Butt Monkeys), the band built its sound at the crossroads of post-grunge punch, hard rock drive, and a funk-tinged edge that still pops up when the grooves kick in.
Expect a show that moves between big, weighty guitars and more atmospheric breaks, with melody doing a lot of the heavy lifting. From the darker, tighter turn that came with the name change to the band’s later knack for balancing heavy energy with hooky choruses, Finger Eleven’s catalog is made for the stage: riffs that lock in fast, rhythms that push forward, and choruses that land without trying too hard.
