New season at Club Punk, and this time we’re switching to open-air mode with synthetic textures. On September 24, 2026, at Le Transbordeur in Villeurbanne, three live sets will shake up the evening between post-punk, darkwave, and well-placed pop detours.
The Berlin-based Afar make their first stop in Lyon with a show that plays on tension and ambiguity. The duo enjoys weaving between genres, and each release adds a different piece to their puzzle: guitar, vocals, club pulsations, dark atmospheres, and hooks that linger.
Another debut: Canine Cracks. A new project by Benedetta and Romain Play (Camion Bazar), conceived as a frontal affront to speciesism and animal exploitation. Instruments and drum machines cross paths, returning to post-punk DNA, and above all a performance energy tailored for bodies in motion.
2016, a Lyon-based duo (Clara, seen with Tisiphone, and Adèle aka Anomalie Magnétique) unveiled a live set for nimble-footed dancers: one foot in darkwave, the other in a weird pop that loves to surprise.
