On October 10th at Yamamori Tengu, we link up with Dublin collective Artificial to welcome Dutch producer and DJ Malin Genie to Tengu, joined by locals Wiseguy b2b Emmie.
A versatile figure in underground electronic music, Malin Genie has built a reputation for groove-led house and techno that moves between tech-house and minimal. As one third of the trio Mandar, alongside Lazare Hoche and S.A.M., he helped shape a key modern house music project. Alongside releases on SlapFunk and Up The Stuss, including his Phaethon EP, he continues to push forward through his own labels and aliases.
Opening the night are Wiseguy and Emmie for a special back-to-back set. A familiar face across Dublin's underground, Wiseguy has become known for selections spanning house, techno, electro and progressive sounds, while Emmie has quickly established herself as an emerging selector blurring the lines between house and techno.
