On Saturday 28 November from 19:00 to 22:00 at Strange Brew, multi-dimensional Mercury Prize nominee, multi-instrumentalist and producer Emma-Jean Thackray presents Dear Miles – A Love Letter, performed live for the first time. Taking inspiration from Miles Davis’s electric era, this project pushes into electronic territory, with beat-driven re-imaginings that blur the lines between jazz improvisation and dance music culture.
