On May 25, 2027, Odezenne will set up shop at La Maroquinerie in Paris with 'Programme A', a night designed as a panorama of their repertoire. The Bordeaux trio (Alix Caillet, Mattia Lucchini, Jacques Cormary) unfolds a sequence of tracks that clearly reveal their taste for offbeatness and lyrics that grab you: Souffle le vent, Maux doux, Meredith, Un corps à prendre, Bebe, Bouche à lèvres, Vu d’ici, Houston, Hirondelle, Pouchkine, Géranium, Rien, Gadoue, Palavas-les-Flots, Cabriolet, Salope d’amour, Attention, Jacques a dit, Pourboire, Vilaine, Ticket, Roses rouges… Between rap and chanson, spoken word and raw poetry, Odezenne plays with intimacy, the absurd, black humor and vulnerabilities, with a sense of rhythm and phrasing that keeps everything together. A concert to recover their direct energy, the kind that turns their songs into on-stage experiences to be lived, rather than mere tunes.
