Passenger, the stage name of Brighton-born songwriter Mike Rosenberg, comes home for a show at Brighton Dome on September 25, 2027. Built around acoustic guitar, subtle melodies and that instantly recognizable voice, his live set leans into storytelling: small everyday scenes, confessional turns, and choruses that land without forcing it.
First used as the name of a mid-2000s band before becoming a solo project in 2009, Passenger’s path has moved between England and Australia, shaped by years of busking and a direct way with narrative songwriting. Expect a folk-rock/indie-folk vibe that stays stripped back even when the songs open up, with room for material spanning his long run of releases and the era that brought him wider attention with All the Little Lights and “Let Her Go”. Onstage, it’s less about big production and more about the songs, the phrasing, and the feeling of hearing them in the city where it all started.
