Mark Morriss and Adam Devlin strip The Bluetones back to the essentials for a run of acoustic shows, landing at Revelation in Ashford on January 15, 2027. It’s a chance to hear the band’s britpop-era songwriting without the full-band rush: clean, jangly guitars, melodies that stick, and that slightly melancholic tilt that’s always set them apart.
They’ll dip into the obvious favourites alongside deeper album picks, reshaped for two voices and a guitar, with plenty of easy back-and-forth between songs. After more than 30 years of writing and playing together, they’ve got the stories, the timing, and the chemistry to make an intimate set feel lived-in rather than nostalgic.
