On March 13, 2027, in Manchester, Megadeth lays down its amps for the Breakout: Hibernation of the Nations Europe Tour 2027. Still led by Dave Mustaine, the band continues to bring its nervous and precise thrash metal to life, with rapid-fire riffs, gripping song structures, and lyrics that stare politics, war, or social paranoia straight in the eye. From classics that defined the late 80s and the turning point of the 90s to newer tracks, the Megadeth machine remains built for the live show: fast, sharp, no frills.
Black Label Society will thicken the sound with its heavy metal rooted in hard rock and Southern accents. Driven by Zakk Wylde's guitar and gravelly voice, the band alternates heavy mid-tempo tracks, more melodic choruses, and long lines of solos, with that blend of heaviness and blues that is its signature.
Testament will complete the lineup with Bay Area thrash: tight riffs, lead guitars more melodic, and Chuck Billy's vocal power to keep the pace between frontline efficiency and more technical passages. An evening tailored for those who love old-school metal, but with no frills.
