Megadeth comes to Berlin with the 'Breakout: Hibernation of the Nations Europe Tour 2027' and brings to the stage exactly what the band has stood for since 1983: thrash metal with speed, precise riffs, and those angular song structures that never simply go straight ahead. Led by Dave Mustaine, Megadeth quickly established itself as a fixture of the US thrash scene, with classics such as Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good! and Peace Sells... but Who's Buying?, later followed by the enduring benchmarks Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction.
Live, political and social themes meet razor-sharp guitar work, rapid breaks, and a playing style that can sound like a loss of control, yet remains razor-sharp. Even after lineup changes and many years together, Megadeth has remained active, most recently with The Sick, the Dying... and the Dead!. The show will take place on April 1, 2027 at the UFO in Berlin.
