From cinematic sound design to peak-time techno, Chris Avantgarde has been shaping a signature lane in today’s electronic music. German-born and now based in London, he mixes a real sense of narrative with club-ready production, landing somewhere between melodic techno, progressive house and widescreen electronic writing. That dual background shows in tracks built on atmosphere and tension as much as on drive, with harmonies and textures that feel almost like scenes.
You may have heard his work far beyond the dancefloor: his music has featured in major productions including DARK, Lucifer, Ragnarok, Sicario 2 and Birds of Prey, and his remix catalogue moves freely from The Prodigy to Billie Eilish and Nina Simone. With Anyma, he co-signed “Consciousness”, a Beatport #1 that helped set the tone for the melodic techno wave.
On September 18, 2026, he brings that cinematic intensity to O - der Klub in Vienna.
