Whether in front of fest-noz dancers, festival crowds, or in the corners of intimate taverns, the Ramoneurs de Menhirs have been scouring the restless waves of punk-rock and trad for many years. Originally, in 2006, Eric's invitation (a bagpiper, whom we had already heard on Bérurier Noir's Vive le feu) extended to Loran (guitar and drum machine, ex-Bérurier Noir) for the biniou/bombarde album by the Bévillon/Gorce duo. The meeting was explosive and the energies fused, reflecting Brittany's struggle to defend its integrity while remaining open to the world and welcoming. Today, alongside Gwenael (vocals) and Jérôme (bagpiper), these perennial anarchists continue to denounce fascism in all its forms and to unite their forces to bring generations together. The guitar is wild, the bombarde razor-sharp, the lyrics engaged, and the biniou stands tall, to lead the dance and carry the trance. A warm welcome!
