Willow Avalon, a Georgia-born singer-songwriter, arrives this autumn with a country narrative focused on lived experience and the stories we carry with us. Born Willow Martin, she began writing and releasing her own songs at a young age, before hitting the road toward Los Angeles, a pivot that infuses her lyrics with wandering, family, and social fractures. After early steps as an independent artist, she accelerates with Drivin, then signs with Atlantic Records and Assemble Sound. Her EP Stranger, recorded at Electric Lady Studios in New York, lays the groundwork for a direct writing style and a voice in the foreground.
