Reggae Dub Vibes #2 puts the sound system at the center, between roots reggae, heavy dub and dancefloor-ready selections. Save the date for Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Bocapole in Bressuire, for a lineup blending vocalists, a live band and vinyl sessions.
Luiza opens the night with an instinctive approach to singing, able to switch between languages and push boundaries. Her voice, very free, brushes against dub textures and cross-cultural grooves, in a range that loves improvisation as much as catchy refrains.
Horace Andy then arrives with The Dub Asante Band. A falsetto recognizable a mile away, a pillar of the Jamaican repertoire and a voice filtered through Massive Attack, he brings that roots patina that sticks to the skin, presented here by a backing band designed to amplify the live power.
At the Dub Corner, Channel One Sound System defends an old-school 'roots & culture' ethos, 100% vinyl, conscious selections and deep bass. Stand High Patrol offers a DJ set spanning dub, digital reggae and bass music, with exclusive tracks and live effects, joined for the occasion by vocalist Marina P. The Blackboard Jungle crew rounds out the night with its Rouen-based collective and its in-house sound system, built to let the frequencies speak as they should.
