Giedré, what she loves most in life is writing funny songs about things that aren’t very funny. And what she loves even more is singing her funny songs about not-so-funny things on stage, because the lights are very bright and they make her look ten years younger. At least that’s what she thinks, but people aren’t fooled. So she hits the road again and will stop at Le Sew in Morlaix on October 17, 2026.
Since she has been waiting in this dark room, she has written no fewer than 150 songs, perhaps more, but she can’t count beyond that (after all we rarely need to count beyond 150). So she selected her favourites, the people’s favourites, wrote some new ones, and here she goes again on the road to sing them to those who are far from home but who have in their eyes something that hurts.
But if you’re not far from home and nothing in your heart hurts you, come anyway, if only to check whether the stage lights really take years off. And if you don’t get the reference as the youngsters say, brush up on your classics.
