Slaughter to Prevail lands in Toronto on November 18, 2026 for a new date on their North America 2026 Leg 2 tour, with their taut and upfront deathcore. Born between Russia and the United Kingdom around vocalist Aleksandr "Alex Terrible" Shikolai and guitarist Jack Simmons, the band built itself on a no-nonsense formula: fast riffs, massive breakdowns and guttural vocals pushed to the extreme, first laid down on the EP Chapters of Misery.
On stage, the energy also comes from this blend of codes: songwriting that draws from modern death metal while preserving the efficiency of deathcore, and lyrics that alternate English and Russian, as on Misery Sermon. More recently, Kostolom has broadened the spectrum with groovier rhythms and less linear structures, without smoothing the impact. Expect a compact, brutal and physical set, designed for the live show, at the Great Canadian in Toronto.
