Central will celebrate a new milestone on September 25, 2026 at Village Underground in London, with a lineup designed for fans of deep, precise house and techno, no-nonsense.
At the heart of the evening, Youandewan and Liquid Earth come together for an exclusive back-to-back. On one side, Youandewan (Ewan Smith) with his distinctly UK approach to stretching soft, melodic grooves, between deep house, minimal techno, and garage nods. On the other, Liquid Earth (Taylor Freels), a master of warm, muscular house, fed as much by Detroit and Chicago as by the London and Berlin scenes. Together, one can expect an extended dialogue: round basslines, hypnotic rhythms, and razor-sharp selections.
Alongside them, Laurine, cofounder of Slow Life, unfolds a patient and immersive approach, somewhere between hushed house and patient tech that takes its time, with a storytelling sensibility that makes all the difference when night falls.
Finally, Ron Obvious completes the picture with a timeless blend of house and techno, sober and effective, crafted to sustain the tension without forcing it. Central residents Checketts & Chapman also back the lineup.
