Mount Palomar
Combining experimental and alternative genres with dance music, punk traditions and live instrumentation, Irish producer Neil Kerr hit the ground running with his Mount Palomar moniker. Booked to play Berghain in Berlin just days after his first live performance, he has since shared stages with acts ranging from Bicep and Joy Orbison to Fat Dog and Maruja.
With collaborations spanning Pip Blom and Sprints to Enola Gay and Joshua Burnside, Mount Palomar has carved out a space between leftfield club music, post-punk energy and experimental pop. Championed by BBC 6 Music, he has received playlist additions across the station, becoming a regular staple on national radio.
This summer, Mount Palomar will close the main stage at Germany’s Haldern Pop Festival, following in the footsteps of acts like Fontaines D.C.
Lttl Mort
Lttl Mort melds sleaze-soaked synth-pop with industrial death-techno disquiet. With dirty basslines, jagged breakbeats and sardonic vocals, Jazz Pope’s solo project blurs the line between hedonism and self-awareness. Drawing from the grit of acts like Soulwax and Nine Inch Nails, with the angular wit of Peaches, the sound moves from mechanical precision to emotional volatility without warning.
