Bob Log III

A product of the Arizona desert, Bob Log III has diligently traversed the globe since 1996, proving his talents and gathering a devoted crowd of fans along the way.

Dressed in his ultra-tight 'man-cannon' jumpsuit and a motorcycle helmet with an integrated telephone/microphone, Bob Log III inevitably ends up sweating, playing the bass drum with his right foot, the homemade cymbal on his left foot, and sliding on an old archtop guitar.

He relentlessly stirs up musical mayhem and truly aims to party, which has earned him gigs ranging from children's birthday parties and obscure beer-fueled gatherings in barns, to festivals, and to everything in between.

Behind this hypnotic stage image, the reason Bob Log III has become a beloved hero is this: his guitar playing. Quick finger-picking, sliding up and down the neck, stopping whenever he pleases, then resuming whenever he pleases, all of which moves people uncontrollably, dizzying and smile-inducing.

And it's almost mathematical: with the sole exception of Hasil Adkins, Bob Log III has inspired all the other one-man bands.
