Alabama 3 head to Glasgow on 7 November 2026, taking the stage at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut, with their distinctive blend of electronic groove, gritty blues, twisted country and a South London–born rave spirit. Born in Brixton in the mid-1990s around Rob Spragg and Jake Black, the collective was built on the idea of coexisting harmonica, roots guitars, acid house rhythms and gospel choirs in a single forward push, somewhere between trip-hop and offbeat rock.
Backed by records such as Exile on Coldharbour Lane, La Peste and Step 13, Alabama 3 have for years been carving a hybrid path, more British than Southern despite borrowed codes. Their track Woke Up This Morning, made iconic by The Sopranos, neatly sums up this signature: a gritty, danceable sound, tailored for the live show. The evening will also feature special guests.
