Young Regan Tour stops in Toronto at The Opera House on November 10, 2026. Singer, songwriter and producer Ethan Regan has shaped a stripped-back, alternative folk sound since the late 2010s, folding in touches of rock, hip-hop and funk while keeping the voice upfront. On stage, he leans into intimacy: close-mic vocals, hushed guitar figures, and minimal beats and textures that ebb and flow without excess. The set draws from parlor., the EPs Exist., Sixty Miles on Seventy-Seven and we could’ve done this together, plus newer releases timbuktu and peach tree, with songs like durham or wildflowers appearing in fresh arrangements.
Joining the bill, Los Angeles artist Lily Kershaw brings folk-pop and indie pop written like short stories. Her soft grain and restrained arrangements carry melodies that take their time, from Midnight in the Garden through Lost Angeles and Arcadia to more recent work such as Depreshmode, produced with Brandon Walters. Live, she keeps it simple and direct, turning ballads into close-quarters moments that trace a clear line between melancholy and light.
