Jeanne Cherhal returns to the stage on November 27, 2026 at the Théâtre de Brunoy with her trademark blend of French chanson and piano-driven pop, driven by writing that goes straight to the point. As a songwriter, composer, and singer, she plays with nuances: discreet humor, tenderness, everyday details, and small intimate jolts, never exaggerating.
Since the beginning, she has progressed with a rare freedom of tone, keeping the piano as a backbone, sometimes stripped-down, sometimes more expansive depending on the piece. We recognize the same taste for precise words and clear melodies that run through her albums, from Douze fois par an to L’Eau, Histoire de J., or L’an 40, and up to Jeanne, produced with Benjamin Biolay. On stage, her songs take on another light: more direct, more vibrant, with a storytelling approach that resembles a well-conducted conversation.
