Os Gurriers take over Casa Capitão in Lisbon on 6 November 2026. Formed in Dublin, the quintet plays tense post-punk that skirts art‑punk and noise rock, with abrasive guitars, a tight rhythm section and a vocal delivery that alternates between directness and detachment. They arrive with Come and See, an album that consolidated the band’s direct songwriting and offers a sharp view of the present, without nostalgic tricks.

The lyrics confront head-on the end of the world, disadvantaged youth in the Irish capital, friends who emigrated, the rise of the far right and a growing desensitisation to violence, but also frictions between faith and love. "Des Goblin" observes how online narcissism contaminates everyday life; "Dipping Out" captures the disillusion of a generation that withdraws; "Approachable" twists the anthem format to dismantle easy narratives. On stage, these tracks gain depth and contrast: dry stops, abrupt starts, bass lines that pull at the body and a voice that slices through the noise without domesticating it. A direct set of controlled tension that brings together the singles and the core of Come and See to turn malaise into vivid live material.
