Ghostly Kisses

On 17 November 2026, Ghostly Kisses brings its understated dream pop to Niebo in Warsaw. Led from Quebec by singer-violinist Margaux Sauvé with pianist-producer Louis-Étienne Santais, the project slips between indie pop, ambient textures and discreet electronics. Sauvé began writing in the mid-2010s after classical violin studies and psychology, with a nudge from Dragos Chiriac of Men I Trust. From the first single Never Know (2015) through the EPs What You See, The City Holds My Heart, Alone Together and Never Let Me Go, Ghostly Kisses shaped an intimate style marked by an airy voice, pared-back arrangements and a taste for late-night atmospheres.

On stage, expect soft synth layers, close-mic vocals, piano and violin motifs, and beats that leave room to breathe. The albums Heaven, Wait (2012) and Darkroom (2024) broadened the palette while keeping that focus on nuance, and Empty Note has surfaced in series like The Rain and Skam Italia. Work with Tim Bran and Thomas Bartlett also informs a live approach that prioritises detail and dynamics over volume, serving songs that move with patience and clarity. At Niebo, the set should trace that arc from fragile ballads to slow-burning crescendos without losing the thread of intimacy.
