Oskar Linnros

Oskar Linnros lands at Lokverkstan in Motala, Sweden, on 15 August 2026. Raised in Sundbyberg outside Stockholm, he first came to notice in the 2000s with Snook, the duo formed with Daniel Adams-Ray that blended sharp hip-hop with a pop instinct. After Snook, he stepped into the studio as producer, composer and songwriter alongside artists like Petter and Veronica Maggio, before carving his own path as a solo artist at the crossroads of pop, soul and rap.

His solo debut Vilja bli (2010) marked a shift toward singing, where rap-bred rhythmic phrasing meets melodic Swedish pop, discreet soul textures and a stripped, urban production. The thread continued with Klappar och slag (2013) and Väntar på en ängel (2017), preceded by the EPs Väntar and Väntar på en.
